July 18, 2018: Minecraft 1.13 just released! My vanilla servers are going to stay at 1.12 until after the Spigot framework updates and is stable!

April 20, 2018: All vanilla servers switched from bukkit to spigot. Item despawn time increased.
Item despawn time is half an hour for survival vanilla servers, 15 mins for creative & Commander J.
